Born and raised in the toon. When I’m not at the match, I’m watching it in a pub with my friends somewhere else. I love creative work that makes a change in the world. Competitions such as D&AD and School of Thought is what drives me to work harder.

I love pitching. I think pitching is what inspires me to create great campaigns. Because why would you go to a client with a really good campaign for it just to flop because of your pitching. Could it be the Geordie accent that makes my ideas sound great? Possibly, but at least it works.

I think what I love about advertising is the passion people have for creating work that really gets people talking. Whether it's the excitement around the John Lewis Christmas ad or the impact of something like This Girl Can, ads have this cool way of bringing people together. Of course, sometimes they can split opinions too, but that’s all part of what makes them so interesting!

I'm also a final-year Creative Advertising student at Leeds Arts University.
